Please review the booking conditions before reserving a motorcycle with FakCustoms Rent Bike Bali.
Reservation confirmation
A motorcycle is only considered officially reserved after the required advance payment has been received and the rental agreement has been signed. A message, verbal agreement or availability inquiry does not confirm a reservation.
Advance reservations
Motorcycles may be reserved several weeks or months in advance. For example, a customer may contact us in July to reserve a motorcycle for December, subject to availability, the minimum rental period and advance payment.
Minimum rental period
A minimum rental period may apply depending on the selected motorcycle, rental dates, season and availability. Please confirm the applicable minimum rental period through WhatsApp before making a reservation.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability may vary depending on the motorcycle, rental duration and requested dates. All price and availability inquiries must be made directly through WhatsApp.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. The amount depends on the motorcycle and generally ranges from IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 15,000,000. The exact deposit amount must be confirmed through WhatsApp.
Free delivery
Free delivery is available for rentals of three days or longer, within the delivery areas supported by FakCustoms. The delivery location and time must be agreed in advance.
Helmet and goggles included
Each motorcycle rental includes one complimentary standard helmet or motocross helmet. Motocross goggles may also be provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Fuel requirement
All motorcycles must be refuelled using Pertamax fuel only. Customers must not use lower-quality or unsuitable fuel, as this may damage the motorcycle.
Responsible riding
Customers must ride responsibly and comply with all applicable Indonesian traffic laws. Riders are responsible for using the motorcycle safely, wearing suitable protective equipment and respecting local traffic regulations.
Important
A motorcycle is not blocked or removed from availability until the required advance payment has been completed and the rental agreement has been signed.
